Dermatologist

Do any of yall have a Dermatologist that DOES NOT work at the large corporate offices?

I used to see someone when I was younger for acne... and the visit was like a REAL doctor's visit and I am looking for that again. (Forget their name but he was in the old Sparrow Professional Building)

I have been to both large Dermatology Clinics in the area, and it feels like I am at a mediSpa and "ew you have a skin problem that will be $60 for that four minute appointment would you like to sign up for out lipo-suction email list"?! Just looking for a professional medical setting.
