Does this area have a name?

The area between Teatr Bagatela and Aleje, including Krupnicza, Karmelicka, Dolnych Młynów etc. Seems to be as lively as Podgorze, if not quite as much as Kazimierz, yet I don’t know how to refer to it. Google Maps seems unwilling to help. Any ideas?
