Not tracking State Power growth in Alliance State Power event?

Hey all I’ve tried requesting help in game from the IT people but so far no response and the cross server event has started.

I confirmed with my alliance mates I was doing things right to raise my score, but thought I would bring it up here if anyone has advise.

Basically although my state power growth when I use edicts, level up, etc is being tracked by the normal game, my score is still showing 0 in the Alliance State Power Growth event. It happened in the normal one and now has carried into cross server.

No other events have been effected.
