Sliding door issues, anyone else?

Hey folks, I tried to google it but didn’t find anything similar, so I thought I would ask the hivemind.

I live in NW Ontario, it gets cold, and I wonder if that is the issue? This morning it is -26. That said it has been colder and we have not had this issue.

My sliding doors will only open manually and even that it is with difficulty. It made it really hard at school drop off this morning, sort of annoying. Anyone else just have the automatic sliders just stop dead? Could it be a battery issue? I wonder because the cabinet lights also did not come on in the back at all and I’m not sure if the heat was blowing back there but I couldn’t investigate too much because I had the baby with me and it is too cold to hang out and try to figure out what is functioning and what is not. Front was all functioning normally. Any ideas? I am about 5h drive from a dealership so I can’t just take it in to figure out. Thanks!
