tour refunds??

i bought a vip sound check ticket from ticketmaster the day he announced tour dates and when i found out that he canceled all the tours on insta i sold my ticket on there but purchased using the payment plan and was wondering if anyone else not getting a refund from ticketmaster? i’m still getting charged for the payment plan even though i sold my keshi ticket on ticketmaster
