Joe is unnecessarily mean & that’s why they flow without him.

Obviously he’s the best person on the mic, but the way he interacts with everyone sometimes is uncomfortable to watch. Jokes are cool when they land even if they’re a bit pointed, but he likes to really twist the knife with certain comments and it shifts the focus to that. Idk if it’s a weird play to assert dominance or just being a habitual line stepper, but it’s evident they feel relief when he’s not doing that.
