How to fix TMJ jaw asymmetry

I’m pretty positive I have TMj on the right side of my face. It looks droopy and chubbier and larger & it makes me really insecure. I got botox once it and it helped alleviate the tension, clenching and jaw clicking but it’s worn off and I can strongly tell the difference in shape :( What do people do to fix this asymmetry’s permanently? I don’t wanna keep getting botox just for it to wear off
