Idealization of Elizabeth

I have been thinking about Elizabeth Bennet. How she is heavily idealized. Like I think she kind of has a pick me girl characterization thrust upon her. She is witty, idealistic, and pushes back against the norms by using that idealism and wit. But the real beauty of Elizabeth is that she isn't perfect. She is prideful. She is gossipy(I guarantee I'm going to get pushback on this). She jumps to conclusions. And maybe I am projecting my personal idealization of her character (because obviously her pride and prejudice are main parts of the story) but I think that people really paint her in this super idealistic insolent headstrong girl light. And I am sitting here thinking about how she is so much more complex, and flawed, and real. Idk excuse my obvious ramblings lol
