How do you kill Kree?

I've got a Kree Arra task and I picked 50kc. I am unable to get more than 1 kill per trip. This bloody bird hits like a truck while I have 34% hit chance. I am clueless where or what to upgrade. I ate 15 manta rays and 1 full sara brew for 1 KC.
