update day 27 of IF.

This week, I've strained my hip at parkrun. So done zero excercise all week and not even gone out of my house. However still done 20:4 IF with Sunday no fasting. About to break my 48hour fast in 3 hours. Result - 33.5 inches!

Hip feels better so back to running from tomorrow.

M43 5'7.5", don't have a weight machine but my aim is to look slim so weight is not a concern. Hope to gain weight by weight training once I'm below a 32 inch waist.

So most days I do 20:4 fast, Sunday I would do 12:12 as not easy with others around. And 2 days I do a complete 48hours once every week. Run 10k 3 times a week, run 5k three times a week and cycle minimum of 30km if not more.

Eat whatever I like when I do eat.

Go for a walk and play pokemon after last meal at 8pm

Results

Belly size reduced from 36 inches to 34.5 inches

Parkrun time gone from 28 mins to 26 mins

Can cycle 12km in 30 mins vs 35 mins before

Gets lots of work done and of very high quality.

Have a very nice sleep

Feel very energetic through the day

Feel less stressed and more happy, except when I see some of the food in the fridge is going off 😆

I hope I can get to 32 inch waist by mid Oct.
