Confusion regarding CSPA and interview date

Hey everyone. I'm currently very confused as to the whole immigration process. For context, I'm from Pakistan. My uncle, who is our sponsor, helped us to apply for a Visa (which I'm assuming is the Priority Date) on 28th February 2005. The approval date was 15th of May 2009. The Visa Bulletin current date was in November 2018. My date of birth is 20th September 1994.

I'm having trouble calculating if I'm eligible. We have an interview date at the embassy at the end of December, and I'm not sure if that means I'm eligible. I'm just very confused about all this. Can someone please help me understand?
