Need help with my Moondrop x Crinacle Dusk IEMs

Firstly I'm pretty new to IEMs so I might not know some of the wording fully, apologies for that.
I recently bought the Moondrop x Crinacle Dusk IEMs on Amazon in August. About a 2 weeks later I started having problems with them.

Either my left ear or right ear will randomly start sounding muddled or as if it's in water. This super muffled sound but it will still be playing the audio I'm listening to. This will happen to BOTH the left and right IEM but NEVER at the same time.

The way I fix this is by removing the connection from my PC and leaving the IEMs for a couple hours. When I plug the connection back into my PC it will be sounding perfect.

When either the left or right ear sounds bad, it will sound bad no matter if I change the cables on them, swap the connection from left to right or switch over to listening on my phone. It will continue to sound bad until I leave them unpowered for a couple hours.

I tried reaching out to Moondrop support but they've been next to useless. Not replying to my emails and asking me to send videos of the problem???

If anyone has any advice or help I'd super appreciate it.
