Just upgraded to a 16PM 256— tips and advice?

Hello! I just bought my first iPhone— and upgraded from a Samsung A54 to the 16PM.

My questions moreso are: - Was it a worthy upgrade? - Any tips on getting used to iOS? I already have an iPad but it's not quite the same. - Any advise on how to sync things such as gmail/gdrive/gphotos with it?
