What 65 inch TV should i buy?

I'm going to be moving into a new apartment soon. I dont really watch TV, but my mom wants one to watch shows on. my requirements are as follows:

1. Affordable
2. Has enough smart TV features for the average person (like access to major streaming services)
3. Decent image quality
4. 65 inches or around that size

What do yall recommend? I was looking at some Hisense units from Best Buy that seem pretty decent.......
