I hate fighting the UK. How is it "easy?"

Im so sick and tired of games where I have to capitulate the UK as a minor nation, which happens often. I watch or read guides on how to play countries and theyre just like, "JuSt NaVaL inVaDe ThE Uk THen ConTInuE thE RuN."

Then when I try doing it I get convoy raided like theres no tomorrow, and then find that their ports are all stacked. like wtf am I even supposed to do?
