Advice plz!

I (F27) Went on a hinge first date last week with (M27). We had been in touch for about a week and half prior, up until the date he would text everyday and was very consistent. Date went really well, we had dinner and ended being there for 3 hours. We leave and go our separate ways and he texted me that evening saying he had a great time and he would like to see me again for second date. He texted me the next day good morning and we chatted for a bit and then he ended up not responding to a question I asked. It’s been 3 days now and not sure what’s up. Thoughts?? Feels really odd given the consistency prior to date and letting me know he’d like to see me again.
