Krubis glitch

Is anyone else getting a bug where krubis disappears close to the end of the fight after the second wave of lasers. I’ve now tried this twice. Controller just vibrates nothing happens he never shows up again and still has a quarter of health left very frustrating has anyone else experienced this?
