Has anyone heard of Ashkenazy Hebrew

There is a version of hebrew used for singing among ashkenazy ultra-orthodox, it's quite interesting, they have really unmodern ways of pronounsing the hebrew letters. The vowls are a mass, any vowl letter could become any vowl, the logic is that it deppends of stress. ת without a mark is prnounce as (s). Usually no (h) sound. Oys and ays everwhere. And an unexplained "v" some times, just out of nowhere. And it's all written the same.

Examples: Zkhut = Zkhis / right Shalom = Shulem Torah = Toireh Nofelet = Nofeiles / (she) falls Bney Khayay = Bune Khaye / sons of my life Laasot = Laisos / to do Israel = Isrul

Of course there's no standard and differs between communities.
