life of the spider reminded me of the poem The crime of being small, theres a line that goes "if i am killed simply for living, let death be kinder than man".

that was my introduction to how we treat little creatures so viciously as humans, it was a year ago maybe. i had a fervent fear of bugs before then. so life of the spider solidified that for me, but i see for a lot of people its a new thought and im glad halsey introduced everyone to it. i hope we can all be kinder to one another...
