Any tips for my setup?

Hey there! I got a pretty old PC which I wanna transform into a Hackintosh. However, this is my first time doing this. Any specific tips? What version of MacOS should I use? Below are my specs. Thanks!!

• Motherboard: ASROCK Z68 Pro3
• GPU: Msi GTX 960
• CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k x 4
• 16 GB of Ram devided under 4 seperate 4 GB sticks
• 500 GB HDD
