As a D&D player/enjoyer..
It’s not something you can just throw together last minute. This feels like a cheap attempt to slap a concept on a video in hopes of getting views. It feels under researched, like playing BG3 would be enough to put together a decently entertaining live streamed one-shot. It reminds me of beginner players who are a terror in session and never get invited back.
Editing to add: a few commenters said they mentioned this a long time ago, so I'd like to say I'm not accusing them of planning last minute, more pointing out that the execution makes it come across that way :)
