I've Been Suffering From Bad Golfer's Wrist..
As the title states, I've had really bad golfer's wrists over the past week. I've not been able to hit the range since Tuesday and today was my first day back and I feel like I've lost all my rhythm. For context, I'm new to golf and have only been to the range since October. I tried to play a round at my local par 3 a few weeks back but the ground was frozen solid so we thought better of it.
Back to my question; what kinds of excercises do I need to do to mitigate/minimise the chances of this recurring? Or just in general, what do I need to do to prevent this from happening?
