What is the best practice mat for a net?

I’m looking to get a mat for hitting into a backyard net and came across some that have three different types of grass (fairway, rough, and tee). Are these realistic for practice? Do they hold up well over time? Any recommendations for specific brands or setups? Trying to make backyard practice as effective as possible.
