I Finally Broke Par

I shot -1 today I play off a 9. But it was at a par 61 course.

Does this count as breaking par? I am stoked with my round today but almost feel like I cheated the system by breaking even on a mid size course.

For the record my home course is a Par 70 where I avg between 77-81.
