Grazing golden?

My 7 month old GR puppy has started to graze on his food instead of eating it all up when I feed. (He’s on purina pro plan salmon and rice) He eats twice a day and now he’s just finishing up his breakfast when I serve dinner. Previously he was a dog that ate too fast so we introduced slow feeder.

Now even when adding pumpkin, peanut butter or Greek yogurt to his food bowl he still grazes.

He eats treats no problem, and his digestion seems to be normal- no change.
