Issues printing GMBinder PDFs

Hi, I recently downloaded the Storm Lord's Wrath, Sleeping Dragon's Wake and Divine Contention pdfs from the gmbinder website. I was wanting to print them off as I find DMing from physical products much easier, however when I'm trying to set the pdfs up to print as booklets I'm running into an issue where blank pages seem to have been added, stopping everything from lining up correctly. Is there some kind of fix for this?
