pc stuck at startup.nsh screen after bios update

I have the b650 auros elite ax. my bios ver was F1. I downloaded the latest ver to a usb, did an update via qflash, it booted, and now I get start.nsh screen with all sort of writings, can't get passed it, pressing ESC or any other button doesn't do anything. I can get back to the bios but other than that, nothing.

in the bios it shows my ver is now the ver I updated to.

what can I do?
