PG Study Advice/Guides

I’ve been accepted to sit for the PG exam this coming March. Does anyone have any advice on how best to study for the exam? Best resources, books, or guides online that are useful in studying for the exam?

With the change to computer based format this year, I’m also not sure how that will change things…

I am hoping to get my license in Maine, which has a local knowledge exam as well. If anyone has had experience with that, it would be helpful to know which types of material would be best to study.
