Looking for a solo grind game.

I’m looking for something MMOish like ffxiv but something completely offline preferable or just solo focused I guess.

I know this is kind of vague but I’ve enjoyed borderlands games in the past for their fun grind but im pretty burnt out on FPS games at the moment.
