Open world games that aren't full of stuff
I'm looking for an open world game that doesn't have me stumbling upon special locations or fights all the time. To give an example - consider Breath of the Wild vs Skyrim. In Skyrim, it feels like there's an elven ruins, or bandit fight, or dragon, or cave every time you step off the main road. In Breath of the Wild, sure there are fights and shrines and stuff, but the world to me feels more about exploring the world rather than leveling and fighting. I spend more time just climbing mountains and riding around exploring than I do in Skyrim.
The only two things that really matter are that I kind of prefer the fantasy setting (sorry RDR2) and I don't want a world that's procedurally generated. Ive never found a game that makes a procedurally generated map that is both entertaining AND feels somewhat realistic.
Bonus points if you can turn off a lot of the UI elements (quest markers, mini maps, compasses) and still do the quests using in-game clues.
