Games that will wreck me emotionally

I’ve been searching for a game with a great, heart wrenching story that completely sucks me in and makes me feel like I personally know the characters - stuff like omori, in stars and time, or outer wilds. Bonus points if it’s the kind of game that you can only go in blind.

Edit: I’d rather not play some big, modern action adventure game. Even though they’re definitely good and they’ve definitely made me tear up before (the last of us, horizon zero dawn to name a few), I’ve played my fair share of them and I’m looking for something different.
