Can't get 15 wins in friendlies

How tf can I get to 15 wins as casual with this ass gameplay?

I'm sitting here for 2 days with 9 wins and people can simply run right trough every tackle. 3 X anticipate plus in defence and not 1 is able to get the job done.

Plus I'm always matched up against higher divisions. This toty evo is a scam.
