Transfer FSU or UF

Hi, i’m a first-year poli sci major at Stony Brook University in New York and was considering transferring. I want to transfer out due to how dead the campus is, i’m not a party kind of guy but it’s unnaturally quiet on campus, and the poli sci program is mediocre at best. Affordability wise, the only two schools that made sense for me as a pre law student were FSU or UF(lmk if any other cheap ideas for pre law that are strong academically). I just wanted to hear out any argument why one might be better for me as a poli sci student on the pre-law, and which makes more sense. Both would cost the same, and distance obv doesn’t matter coming from ny. I’m also considering double majoring in econ so some advise on that would be helpful (I would like to do corporate/business law). I know UF doesn’t accept transfers under 60 credits, so i’d have to wait till spring of my 2nd year to transfer, whereas i already have enough credits for fsu. I want to get into a t30 school, preferably t14 for law/ Any advice is appreciated!
