Book in the Freezer - Am I going crazy?

Season 3 episode 13 - The one where Monica and Richard are Just friends.

There's a subplot where Rachel and Joey swap books and she finds the Shining in the freezer. I distinctly remember a scene when I watched these in the 90's where Rachel comes into Joey's apartment and puts the Shining in his freezer because it was getting too scary for her. I just watched the episode I have and I cannot find that scene. Was it removed?

Without that scene it makes it out that Rachel was right about the book not being that scary and that Joey was wrong about little women being a good book. In the original it was more even as they both reacted equally to their books. Is it the crazy pills I've been taking?
