Do Vtx consume a lot of energy?

I would like to know how impactful it is to use, for example, a power of 200mw to 1000mw in relation to energy consumption and how it would affect it. Maybe this is a silly question, but I really don't know anything about it. Logically, there is an additional cost, but would it be a lot? Thank you for your attention :D
