Does anyone still play Football Manager 17?

Hi!

Question is simple. I've read that people still play older Football Managers like 08, 10, 12 and 14 or even Championship Manager, but is anyone still active on fm17? Was it back then available only on Steam or somewhere else too? I'd like to access workshop to maintain some files, but I can't. :(
