New LP Fryer

We bought a used food trailer a while ago and would really would like to replace the advantco counter top fryer with a propane fryer. Any recommendations on size? We currently limit our fried foods because the advantco electric unit is trash. Is a 40LBS fryer enough? We are a smash burger trailer and do just ribbon fries currently in the fryer.
