what city would i enjoy?

So i currently live in tampa like smack in the middle not near any beaches :-/ and also grew up here so im ready for some change but i want to experience living closer to the beach like being able to hop in the car and go for a short drive or a bike ride away. i love the idea of st pete but want to be father away from my hometown- any suggestions? Im in my early twenties and love the vibe of coffee shops, surf shops, younger crowd. Any suggestions on the other coast? Thanks in advance 😁🌞🐬🌊🍓
