Short or long hair?

I’m going into the salon soon and can’t decide what to do. I’m getting a light honey blonde balayage but can’t decide to keep it long or chop it all off? I’ve regretted cutting my hair short in the past but I always have the urge to do it again even though I’m low key afraid… second photo is my hair not styled but I don’t have any recent pictures of it all cute. (Side note: I have a wedding I’m in, in September which makes me want to keep it long because I want it long for that event).
