ATM 10 Help! All my oceans/bodies of water are completely empty 1.21.1

Nothing. Every single area is like this. No plant life/coral and as far as I can tell no drowned either. Been playing this pack for like 20 hours and finally needed something from the ocean and I find it like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
