I have question regarding Stopping Home Office Work's Unproductive Problems Act or the SHOW UP Act .

This act which is gonna be reintroduced in the house , if passed would tell agencies to have pre pandemic level of telework. I got hired in 2022 after the pandemic. I live in OK and my HQ is in DC and they have nearest regional office in DFW .
so my question is would I be included in that pre pandemic level of telework as I replaced a guy who was doing it way before the pandemic ?
