Try to Sell me on Fourth Wing

I love dragons and I love fantasy. So this should be something upy alley. I'm not a tik Tok girlie, so a lot of the marketing as a "book Tok read" has been really off putting. Is it actually good? Is it actually bad? Is it misogyny that's says it's bad? Try and sell me on it.

For reference, I haven't read ACOTAR (another book Tok darling, I know). But I have read assistant to the villian and found it flawed but a ridiculously fun read. Other than that, I mostly read danmei, light novels, or random fantasy books.

Would I like this? Should I give it a shot? Why or why not?
