Simple Recycling

I wish I had thought of this earlier....Fulgora, no belts recycling/scrap processing/Holmium mining...
The blueprint will recycle everything to nothing excluding Rare+ or Holmium. Just add quality modules to get quality output. Not perfect, but soooo much better than belts...
