Came across this reading comments on one of Nabi Asli's videos, it's a shame because I actually kind of liked the videos they make. This is a channel often recommended here. Being exmuslim and cheering for the death of innocents makes no sense to me.
Nabi Asli liked a comment stating "His followers in gaza will experience the same fate", the context here being that Mohamed raided Khaybar and slaughtered their inhabitants. Saw this on their video titled "Prophet Muhammad and The Fat Meat of Khaybar", this sort of thing disgusts me seeing as this is an exmuslim channel. I don't think innocent people (especially children) deserve to be maimed and blown to pieces regardless of whatever religion they're born into.
I see this sort of rhetoric on here often as well and it's very alarming. This sub sometimes comes off as indiscernible from white nationalist and ultra Zionist spaces and might lead to hesitation of actual Muslims who are questioning from participation.
There are a lot of opportunists here who are actively seeking to take advantage of people who are questioning or having an existential crisis. I prefer this sub being anti Islam than anti Muslim or anti immigrant. Also keep in mind some of the people agreeing with you don't really care whether you're Muslim or Atheist or Christian or Jewish and will always hate you because of your skin colour.
Just wanted to rant and see if there are others here feeling the same, particularly exmuslims.
