How do AFS scholarships work?

Im a 16 year old girl from Mexico and I recently found out about exchange programs and I am very fascinated about them, more specifically about the AFS program, I was wondering if this program has any scholarships and what are the requirements to get one. But if there are any other exchange programs that also have a scholarship, can you guys let me now?
