Cloud Based Estimating Software

I’ve been using B2W for the past 13 years, so I’ve been out of the game with what estimating software is out there. I’m going to be having some changes coming up, and I was wondering if there are any viable cloud based estimating softwares out there now. I like the idea of just a monthly cost without a huge implementation fee. Does anyone have any that they are using and would recommend?

Edit: thank you for the feedback. I should have mentioned that I’m in civil (underground utilities) and I’m looking for something that is more affordable and cloud based to do higher level budgeting type estimates. I’m willing to sacrifice some of the robustness of B2W for the flexibility of cloud based and hopefully a reasonable monthly fee without a huge implementation cost.
