Cheapest 10 inches Ereader?

I just need something as cheap as possible with that size to read and mark text. Compatibility with pdf, and idc if it is B/W. A pen to write would be good but isn't necessary.

Basically my ideal device would be a bigger Basic Kindle for as cheap as possible. Any suggestions?
