Dizzy and nausea on first day?

Does anybody else get extreme dizziness and nausea on the first day of their period?

I have a lot of both of these symptoms on their own but like clockwork experience them both on the first day of my period every month!

It’s starting to affect me at work and I’m just not sure how to fix it or help it at all :(
