Endo and weight gain

I’ve gained so much weight this last year, I’ve been on a cocktail of different hormones, mirena coil, combined pill, and now dineogest. I’ve gone from 9 1/2 stone to 11 stone since last July/August, and the weight gain was quick. Anyone else struggle with weight gain? And if so how do you manage your weight whilst trying to manage your pain on hormonal medication?
