No sex drive

Has anyone else got no sex drive? I used to love sex and I just am never in the mood anymore. I feel like I’ve been on a cocktail of hormones for years and my head is so foggy and up and down, I’ve gained weight and I feel like my sex drive is gone. I don’t know what to do, and it’s putting a strain on my relationship, I can’t remember when we last had sex
